TSS Consultation Policy

Please ensure you have read our consultation policy before booking time with a Registered Migration Agent. Included is our policy on cancellations, refunds and lateness/absence.

## Consultation Policy **Required Documents**
Given the complexity of Australian Immigration, it is important that you provide us with information on your background before your consultation. If our agents do not receive the requested documents at least 24 hours before the consultation, we will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Payment
Payment is made immediately upon booking a consultation through our online form. All payment is handled securely through Stripe.

Rescheduling
With notice of 12 hours or more, you will be able to reschedule your consultation through our online booking system. With less than 12 hours notice, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations
The time of our agents is in high demand and as such we don’t generally offer refunds for cancelled appointments. Refunds due to unforeseen circumstance or ineligibility will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Lateness and No Shows
In the event that you are late to your appointment, we do not guarantee that you will receive the full duration of your consultation. If you miss your appointment all together we will not issue a refund and you will need to complete payment again if you wish to reschedule.
