I have dealt with TSS since 2006 in my role as Food Manager for the ALH group in Western Australia and South Australia. ALH has entrusted the selection and recruitment of overseas Chefs to TSS in order to strengthen our kitchen teams at a time of high demand and low supply for hospitality personnel particularly back of house. We are continuing to sponsor chefs from overseas and I look forward to working with TSS to sustain and improve our food business.
